NABARD MABIF has entered into a landmark partnership with CSIR−Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), one of India’s most renowned food research institutions, to strengthen the ecosystem for food start-ups, FPOs and MSMEs.
Through this MoU, both organizations will work together to accelerate innovation by integrating shared incubation facilities, advanced research and development support, technology transfer mechanisms, quality testing, training programs and industry-focused innovation pathways.
This collaboration opens doors for entrepreneurs to access world-class food technologies, pilot processing and scale-up support, food safety and quality analysis, and continuous skill development including student internships. By combining MABIF’s grassroots incubation network with CFTRI’s scientific excellence, this partnership is set to fast-track the commercialization of new ideas and elevate agri-food entrepreneurship across Tamil Nadu and beyond.
Together, MABIF and CFTRI are shaping the future of food processing, value addition and sustainable agribusiness growth in India.
