The second session of Startup Shakthi focused on “Problem Identification & Customer Definition” and was expertly led by Ms. Anbu Mathi on 25th May 2026.
From identifying real-world problems over assumptions to understanding customer segments, creating customer personas, defining value propositions, and differentiating pain points, needs, and demand — the session provided participants with a strong foundation in entrepreneurial thinking.
The enrolled participants actively engaged throughout the full-day online session, making it highly interactive, insightful, and informative. The enthusiasm, curiosity, and participation from aspiring entrepreneurs across different age groups truly reflected the spirit of Startup Shakthi.
