Hon’ble Chairman – ISRO, Dr. V. Narayanan, visited the Agricultural College & Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU Campus), Madurai, to deliver an inspiring and insightful address to the students. We extend our warmest wishes to TNAU on the grand occasion of its Diamond Jubilee Celebration, commemorating 60 remarkable years of excellence in agricultural education, research, and innovation.
We sincerely thank Dr. P. P. Mahendran, Dean, AC & RI, Madurai, for facilitating and coordinating the ISRO Chairman’s visit to the Madurai Agribusiness Incubation Forum (MABIF). His support enabled us to showcase MABIF’s facilities, infrastructure, and the impactful initiatives undertaken to strengthen the agribusiness and food processing ecosystem.
During his visit, Dr. V. Narayanan toured the MABIF incubation centre, where he was briefed on the various facilities, support mechanisms, and incubation programs offered to Agri & Food business startups and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). He interacted with the MABIF team, appreciated the efforts of MABIF (An Initiative of NABARD & TNAU) in nurturing rural entrepreneurs, and acknowledged the ongoing contributions toward integrating technology, innovation, and sustainable practices into agriculture. His words of appreciation and encouragement were truly inspiring for the entire MABIF community.
This visit marks a significant milestone for MABIF, strengthening our commitment to fostering agricultural innovation, promoting technology-driven solutions, and accelerating entrepreneurship development across Tamil Nadu’s agribusiness landscape.
