Startup Shakthi – Week 4 Highlights | Product / Service Refinement

Week 4 of Startup Shakthi was packed with practical insights, real-world experiences, and engaging discussions that helped participants move closer to building market-ready ventures.

The morning session was led by Mr. Praveen Kumar, an accomplished technology entrepreneur with over 16 years of industry experience. The session covered key startup concepts including Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Product-Market Fit, Differentiation Strategy, Unique Selling Proposition (USP), Feedback Loops & Iteration, and Prototype / Service Design Basics. Participants gained valuable knowledge on refining their ideas into solutions that customers truly want.

The learning journey continued with an inspiring afternoon session by Mr. M. Prasannakumar – “The Sales Elephant”, a renowned Sales Strategist, Startup Mentor, Branding Architect, ERP/CRM Consultant, and Founder & CEO of Nedunal Yaanai UpScale Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Drawing from his 17+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business consulting, and technology integration, he shared powerful insights on building scalable growth engines, creating profitable sales systems, and transforming innovative ideas into sustainable businesses.

The participants remained highly engaged throughout the day, actively interacting with both mentors, sharing their startup ideas, and gaining practical strategies to strengthen their entrepreneurial journey.
