Agricultural College & Research Institute, TNAU Campus, Madurai, in association with Madurai Agribusiness Incubation Forum (NABARD MABIF), successfully organized “Innovatia’26, an intra-collegiate student ideathon”, on 12th July 2026 at AC&RI, Madurai.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of the Agricultural College & Research Institute and Community Science College & Research Institute, who showcased their creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial mindset through a series of engaging competitions.
A key highlight of the event was the Startup Sprint, where 12 student teams presented innovative startup ideas addressing real-world challenges. The top-performing teams were recognized for their outstanding ideas, while every participant displayed exceptional creativity, confidence and entrepreneurial spirit.
Innovatia’26 also featured exciting events including Mystery Box Challenge, Sell It Smart, Brand It, Ink It, Talent Trek and Mr. & Ms. CEO, providing students with opportunities to strengthen their leadership, communication, teamwork, business acumen and problem-solving skills.
MABIF continues to nurture student entrepreneurship by regularly organizing and supporting hackathons, ideathons, startup competitions, and innovation-driven initiatives that encourage young minds to transform innovative ideas into successful entrepreneurial ventures.
