NABARD MABIF, in collaboration with ESAF Foundation, organized the 5 days “Krushakmithra Training Program” from 26th to 30th November 2024.
This transformative event focused on “Agri-Entrepreneurship in FPOs: Unlocking Opportunities for Rural Innovation & Growth!”, equipping aspiring Agri Entrepreneurs with essential skills and knowledge to thrive within the FPO ecosystem, providing 28 participants with invaluable insights into:
-Agri-entrepreneurship opportunities within FPO
-Developing products from ideas to market-ready agricultural innovations
-Financial planning and management for FPO
-Sessions on Digital Marketing, Branding and Packaging strategies.
-In depth exploration of post-harvest management and value chain development.
-On field visits to innovative food processing units and regulated market facilities.
Through expert sessions, hands-on activities and networking, our Krushakmithra trainees gained the skills and knowledge to drive rural innovation, fostering growth and empowerment in the agricultural sector.
